Kalapawai Part 1

It was Emil's surgery and Larry & AJ came with us. When Emil went in the operating room, the three of us decided to get some lunch at one of AJ's favorite places, KALAPAWAI. It's the one down in Kailua and I tell you, it didn't disappoint! Impressed kami ni Larry that's why we went there for the second time.. and the third time. We ordered the John Doe burger which has taro buns (which I originally love by itself) and imagine eating it with all other food that I like such as bacon, ham etc. I also liked the pizza just because it's thin crusted. haha. Desserts were awesome as well! Not a very big fan of cinnamon so I didn't try the fruit thing but of course, macarons were delicious! The dark chocolate cake was also to die for!
