I have a new habit of making a huge batch of HEALTHY dessert so we don't settle with what's in the vending machine. Yes, healthy is intended to be emphasized. haha. Anyway, this recipe is super easy! Just combine all the ingredients, refrigerate for one hour, turn into ball-shapes then refrigerate again (optional) and enjoy!
Ingredients:
4-5 tbsp. Peanut butter
(I used combined Natural Peanut Butter and Coconut Peanut Butter)
2/3 cup granola
1/3 cup oats
honey to taste
dark chocolate chips
